Pensioner/Unemployed Discount:  Is available on all services, excluding mailed astrology charts.  Please telephone the office to obtain discount costs.

Transaction Currency:  All transactions are quoted and processed in Australian dollars A$. For overseas customers, your credit card provider will convert the purchase price into local currency at their current exchange rate.

Taxes:  Items purchased within Australia include a Goods and Services tax (GST) of 10% which is included in the item’s price and in the delivery charges.

Items purchased for delivery overseas are GST free. Prices for such items are the same as for Australian delivery and the GST component is used towards delivery fees.

Delivery policy:  All purchases will leave our premises within 48 hours of the transaction being processed unless we are out of stock of an item. If we are out of stock we will notify you immediately and send a part order. If your single item purchased is out of stock you can choose to have the item sent when new stock arrives or cancel your order without charge.

Deliveries within Australia: Please allow 7 days from confirmation of purchase.

Deliveries overseas: Please allow up to 14 days from confirmation of purchase. Overseas deliveries are sent air mail unless otherwise advised.

Refund Policy

Products:  We grant a six (6) month replacement warranty on our products (books, CDs, DVDs or correspondence course printed matter). This warranty covers any defects in the products resulting from faults in workmanship or materials.

It does not cover a change of mind, damage due to improper use or claims made more than six (6) months after receipt of the product.

This warranty does not exclude, restrict or modify any mandatory statutory obligations imposed in your state or territory.
